Company description

Basics of Estonia
The Baltic production facility in Tallinn since 1995, our center of excellence for the production of welded structures for machine and plant construction. Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, annealing, including protocol, sandblasting and painting up to a length of 12 meters contribute to the solution of Industries.

Large part machining from Switzerland
Not far from our head office is located in Ursenbach the modern center of excellence for the CNC machining of large parts with a length up to 12 meters and a maximum of 50 tons. A fully air-conditioned hall, unique foundations, a first-class machinery with rich forest, piston, Reiden and Heyligenstaedt machines and the latest measuring devices form the basis for the highest precision in cutting and grinding machining of large parts. The induction hardening system for curing machine guideways completes our manufacturing program.

Machinery & Equipment from Switzerland
Lead Bach: the competence center for mechanical and plant engineering.Here we offer to customer needs tailored individual solutions: from the production of individual components to complete systems including engineering and assembly. Through the coordination of the global commissioning and service network, we round out our offerings. In addition to industrial services develops and distributes Daetwyler in cooperation with the company Waterjet AG in the Swiss Aarwangen a high precision waterjet machine.
