The company had been founded 30 years ago by Saraliotis G and Chatzivalsamas A. The main area of the company's activities is contruction of industrial parts and repair of equipment for heavy industry, oil industry and quarries.
Apart from the main area it also has significance presence on contruction and repair of equipment for the agricultural industry and wood industry.

The company has extensive machining experience on materials including, mild-steel, hardened steels, cast iron, plastics etc.
It has utilised methods of welding conditioning and stress relieving using METALAX system.
Balancing is also on of the areas of expertise with exclusive contracts for the oil and chemical industries.
