Company description
We - Metaspan GmbH - are a family company focused on metal contract machining and with many years of experience at our location in 53894 Mechernich we offer high-quality milling, drilling, turning and grinding work.

We are primarily designed for the mechanical processing of components of medium and large dimensions. Our production area is around 2,300 m² and we are able to process components weighing up to 50 tons. Our CNC portal milling machine has the longest travel in the X-axis with 8,700 mm. The maximum turning diameter is limited by our CNC vertical lathe and is 1,650 mm.

For historical reasons, we have a high level of expertise in the processing of machine elements, so that we are well positioned to comply with the tightest tolerances and high quality.
