Company description
We are a plastic manufacturing company which deals since 1982 mainly with the welding of thermoplastics (PP, PE, PVDF, PVC, ECTFE), with mechanical machining of plastics and processing with acrylic glass (PMMA, polycarbonate).

Our focus during welding of plastics, components and assemblies for the solar, photovoltaic and semiconductor industry. In addition, but also the container and apparatus for exhaust air and waste water treatment industry as well as any custom or special equipment.
From small weldment to Baugruppenverschweißung here goes our spectrum in the hot gas welding process. Of course, with certified welders and specialist registration!

For the mechanical processing, we have a large machinery available in the main, deals with milling and turning parts made of plastic. With our 3-u.5-axis milling machines we are able to produce for you according to your specifications and desires in a position the most complicated parts.Furthermore, we can edit our portal milling machines with vacuum clamping plate sizes up to 2500x4000mm.

Even in our acrylic glass processing (PMMA, PC), we have a wealth of experience and are thus a strong partner in the fields of engineering, trade fairs, special equipment manufacturing and all other possible single, serial, and special parts. In addition to bending and gluing, we have recently become a flame polisher with which we can polish but also hard to reach places brilliant for you all edges.
