Company description

“To modify parts withdrawn from mass production to customer-specific requirements in order to offer the company the opportunity to deliver customer-oriented goods. ”
With this idea, Mike Weinbrenner founded the company MW-Industrieservice Präzisionsdrehen in 1996 in his local garage in Weitefeld. Due to a rapidly growing volume of orders, Weinbrenner changed its location in 2003 to its own production hall in Elkenroth.
Here, the company also specialized in precision turning.

Thanks to the optimal use of 7 to 10-axis controlled CNC lathes and a short turner with bar loading magazines and high-quality tools, we are able to produce parts made of stainless steel, free-cutting steel, brass, copper, aluminum, plastic and special materials. The turned parts are in the diameter range of 2 to 42 mm.
Within this area, we also supply parts made of hexagonal and square material. The length of the turned part can be up to 900 mm. Through transverse processing, the workpieces can also be produced with desired thread types, cross holes, grooves and milling surfaces.
On request, your turned parts can be laser marked or machined on our CNC engraving machine.
The precision parts are separated from the coolant oil by the cleaning system so that the workpieces are delivered oil-free. Through the use of tooling devices and carefully thought-out production processes, our team is able to deliver quality and timely work.
The quality is also checked on our optical measuring devices. 100% testing is possible upon customer request.
Individual processing of the manufactured parts, such as grinding, galvanizing, chroming and hardening, is carried out by our experienced suppliers and can be delivered with a test report on request.
Combining, assembling and completing elements to form an assembly is also possible.

Basically, our goal is to open up to new manufacturing processes so that we can always offer precision work.
