The company SW-MOTECH is one of the world's leading suppliers of motorcycle accessories and exports to over 70 countries worldwide. At the headquarters in Rauschenberg, Germany three-axis milling machines and a five-axis milling machine are available. The plant in Vojkovice / Czech Republic offers capacities for sheet metal and tube processing. for manual and robotic welding and for powder coating.

The company SW-MOTECH was founded in 1999 by three enthusiastic motorcyclists and today employs more than 400 people in six countries. Today, SW-MOTECH is one of the world's leading suppliers of motorcycle accessories and exports to over 70 countries worldwide. SW-MOTECH is an original equipment supplier for leading brands in the motorcycle sector such as BMW, Kawasaki, KTM, Harley-Davidson, Suzuki and Yamaha.

The following manufacturing technologies are available at the headquarters in Rauschenberg, Hesse:

Two three-axis milling machines for components up to 400 x 600 mm in size and a five-axis milling machine for components up to 400 x 400 mm. Both milling machines can process plastic as well as metal.

The plant in Vojkovice / Czech Republic offers capacities in the field of sheet metal processing.

Large-format sheets with a material thickness of up to 20 mm for steel and up to 12 mm for aluminum and stainless steel can be processed there.

CNC edging technology is also available.

Tubes made of steel, aluminum and stainless steel up to a diameter of 80 mm can be laser cut and CNC bent.

In addition, capacities are available for manual and robotic welding using the following welding processes: MIG/MAG, WIG, CMT. A facility for powder coating and chemical pretreatment as well as shot peening extend the range of services offered at the Czech plant.
