We are a medium company from the Lake Constance district, whose main activities are the production of turned and milled parts. The company itself was founded in 1974 by Edwin Dennenmoser in Mark village and manufactures since then as a supplier to various parts for the aviation and aerospace industry, engine and transmission manufacturers. 1991 rose Markus Dennenmoser in the company and has since headed the field of production. In 1999 the building was expanded to include an office area and a further production hall to meet the growing demands on logistics and space needs. Quality According to the ever-increasing quality requirements of our customers all the production processes are monitored by a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and documented in our quality manual. First-class products are the result of continuous training and education of our employees, direct line of management for customers and constant expansion of the applications of our products. Combined with our years of experience, there is a clear advantage for our customers. Performance In manufacturing operations in Mark Village is working with nine employees of high-precision multi-axis CNC lathes. Here, as specified by our clients from various raw materials such as brass, aluminum, steel or plastic parts are manufactured or processed further delivered castings and machining parts. As a full service supplier, we coordinate according to your specifications, the individual production processes and monitor the entire production chain with the help of a QA program.

    Small and big serial production are currently the main focus of work, however Ironicon’s employees also possess several decades of work experience in custom production. Furthermore, the production of tools is also part of our profile. The vast majority of our products are made of aluminum, different types of plastic as well as rustproof and tool steel. Our plans for the future: Aiming for an increase in capacity, developing and enlarging the machine park is an important medium-term goal for Ironicon. As every firm relies on its employees, building up a good, functioning team is among the main long-term objectives. As part of the continuous expansion as well as in order to create a more livable work environment, steps are currently being taken to move in into a bigger, newer and more modern production hall. Ironicon Kft. was founded in 2015. Based on the founder’s national and international experience, the aim was to establish a modern, dynamically growing operation, with European standard and approaches. Only half a year later, a second CNC milling-machine was put into operation as a reaction to the drastic increase in orders. Thanks to repeated orders by regular customers as well the increasing of the customer base, Ironicon experienced constant growth from this point onwards, and was able to extend and modernize its machine park. When acquiring new machines, extraordinary attention is given to high quality in the measurement instruments and devices, for quality within adequate time can only be attained with quality infrastructure. By the third quarter of 2018, the work was already been done by four 3-axis machining centers as well as one 6-axis CNC longitude turner. All our machines can be controlled by Cam System, allowing a faster and more effective working process and eliminating the vast majority of production faults already before production. In December 2018 our firm came to another turning point when we bought two additional machining centers, which brought the total number of 3-axis machines to five. We also acquired our first 5-axis milling machine, which is also capable of manufacturing tolls as well as milling graphite. Punctuality and reliability are key to our success. Getting to know the customers’ needs and delivering the work with high precision and on-time are absolute priorities for our young, dynamic firm.

    We are a Hungarian family owned enterprise dealing with plastic injection moulding. Our company has been in this field of activity for 30 years. We have the possibility to produce with our machines (Demag, Krauss Maffei and drBoy) items with a mouldweight up to 300 gr with a clampforce max. 150 tons. We also posess the necessary ancillary equipment such as dryer, mouldtemp, materialforwarder, hot runner, coolers... We have experience in the processing of most engineering plastics (PE, PA, PP, PBT, ABS, stabilised and reinforced as well), except PVC. 80-90 % of our production shall be exported, to Germany, to Austria, Swiss and Italy.     TECNOSTAMP SRL is an italian company of plastic injection moulding, located in Feletto in the province of Turin. We are known for our professionalism, quality and flexibility, and for our great ability to produce complex items. We offer our clients value-added services, we are able to design, produce and assemble all of our products and related components. The TECNOSTAMP SRL was founded in 1963 as a mechanical company for the manufacturing of molds, but over the years the company has specialized in the plastic injection molding and recently in the construction of prototypes. Our team is composed of professionals with many years of experience and specialized young people who have brought to the company innovative ideas to face the challenges of a changing market. Our Company operates in 3000m2 and currently has 12 injection molding machines from 50 to 320 tons, assisted by manipulators, robots and specific assemblies for the production of precision technical items, industrial articles and design articles for many sectors. The monitoring of the molding process is continuous, in order to guarantee the delivery of the product to the customer with the highest quality level.     With our 45 process-driven processing machinery (injection molding) with clamping forces up to 4000 KN, about 2,000 high-precision technical plastic parts and rubber and rubber-metal connections are made at the time. Except for PVC, we provide you with all plastics market available. The designs of about 100 customers at home and abroad are construction and materials meet transposed into molds and tools and manufactured by injection molding. Follow-up work such as assembling, printing or conversion can also be performed. An operating data acquisition system (PDA) system with visualisiertem console and a computer-assisted quality control (CAQ system) according to the guidelines of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 (quality) as well as raw materials and materials testing equipment ensure the desired high quality standard. The own 3D CAD design and its own tool and mold (3D-CAM) contribute to this continuous quality production. We also have our own lathes and automatic lathes department (6-axis CNC Landrehautomaten) to produce precision turned parts and lathe parts.
