    The goal of our planning was to establish an efficient and transparent work. This can only be achieved by all modern production aids such as FTS (driverless transport vehicles) are used in production. The environment takes a very high priority in our action. This is evidenced by a variety of measures, of which here are called only a few: the furnace exhaust air is cleaned before it enters via the roof to the outside. For this purpose, a so-called TNV (thermal oxidation) is used, in which the pollutants contained in the furnace exhaust air are oxidized at about 730 ° C. The resulting heat is recovered via a heat exchanger, the clean air is conducted to about 130 ° C into the open fireplace temperature (about 50-70 ° C lower than the furnace temperature). With the recovered hot water pretreatment is heated. Wastewater treatment is state of the art, with a high degree of wastewater reduction is achieved by cascading to the wash-up chemicals and return to the active zones. Appropriate measures oils and solids from the active baths pretreatment are not even in the waste water treatment - they are part again as raw materials (egAs zinc phosphate sludge) industry supplied.

    We, the Fa. WESA-dress Surface Technology GmbH, participated in the February 1977 our coating operation and have specialized in the treatment and Powder coating of metal parts. Meanwhile, we have expanded our range of services. This includes, inter alia, degrease, passivate and coating - even the most difficult part geometries - from the millimeter size up to size 2 x 7 meters in over 120 constantly restocked colors and types of powder. Four powder coating booths for the hand and an automatic cabin are available in two shifts available. Since 2013, we also have a KTL coating system for small and large series.
