    We already work with 5-6 foundries and many machining plants located in Konya. The total practicable capacity of our foundries is about 30.000 tons/year. There is no problem on the materials. We are able to supply you all materials including Ni-Rezist, stainless steel, GJS, SiMo etc. All of the foundries and our business partners have ISO 9002 certificate and some of them have ISO/TS 16949 certificate. The molding systems are sand molding, furan recine molding and shell molding. The molding has been done as hand molding, semi automatic horizontal molding machine, semi automatic vertical molding machine and Disamatic vertical molding line without flask. The size is 200 to 900 x 500 to 1100 x 200 to 400 mm. All melting process will be done with electrical furnaces. So; we able to control material and we also have spectral analyzing facilities. We also have sand laboratory, hardness testing, microstructure checking and metallurgical test abilities. I mean we are able to supply your needed parts on the international standard frames. In regard to additional process which can do; they are pattern making (wood, aluminum, araldite); core production (cold box, hot box); sand blasting; grinding; heat treatment; painting, protecting etc. We also able to supply you finished products after the fully machining operations and all gears with gear cutting.     Aluminum can get forged? YES! Umformtechnik Radebeul GmbH specializes in drop forging parts made of aluminum. Design and construction of the tooling as well as mechanical machining are done quasi in house, using modern CAD/CAM equipment and up-to-date machinery. SERVICES AND PROCESSING MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO is specialized in mechanical milling, made by the use of computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Our milling and turning service allows us to manufacture high precision mechanical components on customer’s drawing, using multiple materials such as stainless steel, iron, aluminium, bronze, copper, brass, hardened materials, plastics. Every step of the machinig process is carried out by a specialized technician, able to meet the requirements of our customer in terms of precision and speed of realization. CAD DESIGN For the design of high precision mechanical components MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO uses Topsolid'Cam by Missler Software, which enables to set the machining operations in detail. PRECISION MILLING MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO manufactures precision milling parts by the use of CNC machines with max. strokes 5000x1200x2000 mm. PRECISION TURNING MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO produces high precision turned components using CNC machines with max.turning diameter 230 mm, max. stroke 280 mm and traditional lathes with max. turning diameter 600 mm, L=3000 mm. QUALITY CONTROL MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO performs quality control through the use of dimensional inspection machines, such as the altimeter TRIMOS MITUTOYO LH600D/DG, ensuring high standards of precision in the manufacture. COMPLEMENTARY MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MECCANICA SUGAMOSTO guarantees the delivery of a product suitable for the required application, providing a service of complementary works in collaboration with specialised partners.
