    In 2005 Lothar Wachholz, Edgar Schrade and Harald Späth founded CSP Cut Systems Pfronstetten GmbH to manufacture sheet metal parts for the construction machinery company Terex Schaeff in Langenburg.     In the early eighties, MPE developed a production in all precision engineering sectors at high technology levels, especially in the automotive one. In 1997 the company moved to the current factory and achieved a production capacity of 15 million components per year.
