    Using the latest CAD / CAM systems by Visi, Think Design and HyperMill we design according to customer specification components, assemblies, devices, gauges, plastic injection molds and molds for the production of rubber or foam molds. Also in the field of EDM we operate successfully as a service for the design and manufacture of graphite electrodes and copper.     We are a medium-size exempt private company and have experience for many years in the plastics processing. Our company is in the beautiful sour country in North-Rhine/Westphalia between Siegen and Dortmund directly to A45. Our products are customized articles from thermoplastic plastics of all industries (e.g. automobile, sanitary, cosmetics, household, mechanical engineering, electrical industry, garden,…), as well as the complex building groups installed from it with accessories. We exclusively work as suppliers and have no own product program. We have parts with Shot weight jet moulding machines within the closing force range of 250 kN to 2700 kN, with those con approx. 0,1gr. to approx. 450 gr. fully automatic to be produced can. We process all thermoplastic plastics, how e.g. PP, PE, POM, PVC, ABS, Surlyn, PA6.6,…, in addition we can supplement all finished plastics with all usual filling and reinforcement materials!
