    HSP Schwahlen GmbH was founded in 1945. From on 1951 the production had been focused on adapter and withdrawal sleeves being the basis of our current line. At the beginning of the eighties CNC production of goods having greater dimensions was introduced. HSP supplies all main bearing manufacturers as well as the larger distributors. The standard production range on adapter and withdrawal sleeves, nuts and locking devices is completed by optional hydraulic assistance, abnormal metric inner diameter or complete inch-sized sleeves as well as all specialties based on customer specifications. Besides this we manufacture hydraulic nuts as well as precisely turned and milled thin-walled parts. Since 2000 HSP is also manufacturing various kinds of cages for bearings from 100 - 4000 mm outer diameter in high quality, small lot sizes and variable material (brass, steel, bronze, aluminium, ...) according to customers requirements. In this segment we produce for all main bearing manufacturers. In addition to the production know-how HSP has continuously improved quality, logistics and administration. This leads to the high level of quality, delivery conditions and service of HSP. At our newly built production facility in Langenfeld, established in 2001 and in between extended several times, we manufacture with the latest technology including 3D-measuring equipment. Our company works with twelve employees mainly on CNC machines, ranging from small to medium quantities (up to number 10000).
