PRESSOFUSIONI SEBINE spa has its own Technical Department able to draw and create its own equipment. The company has been authorized to use the NF and IMQ marks for the gas sector since many years. Company has been certified by DET NORSKE VERITAS according to ISO 9002 standard in 1998, in march 2003 this certified commuted itself in ISO9001:2000 (03810-98-AQ-MIL -SINCERT). In 2011 Sebine obtained certification of norms ISO TS 16949:2009 by DET NORSKE VERITAS (1029440-2011-AQ-ITA-IATF). In 2012 Sebine is on the road to get the certification ISO 14001. Actually, SEBINE’S GROUP is composed of two society (PRESSOFUSIONI SEBINE spa e FONDERIE BRESCIANI srl die-casting dpt.) and one individual enterprise (BRESCIANI ETTORE is its machining department). In last three years SEBINE has improved its turnover and it arrived to get its best historical turnover.     We already work with 5-6 foundries and many machining plants located in Konya. The total practicable capacity of our foundries is about 30.000 tons/year. There is no problem on the materials. We are able to supply you all materials including Ni-Rezist, stainless steel, GJS, SiMo etc. All of the foundries and our business partners have ISO 9002 certificate and some of them have ISO/TS 16949 certificate. The molding systems are sand molding, furan recine molding and shell molding. The molding has been done as hand molding, semi automatic horizontal molding machine, semi automatic vertical molding machine and Disamatic vertical molding line without flask. The size is 200 to 900 x 500 to 1100 x 200 to 400 mm. All melting process will be done with electrical furnaces. So; we able to control material and we also have spectral analyzing facilities. We also have sand laboratory, hardness testing, microstructure checking and metallurgical test abilities. I mean we are able to supply your needed parts on the international standard frames. In regard to additional process which can do; they are pattern making (wood, aluminum, araldite); core production (cold box, hot box); sand blasting; grinding; heat treatment; painting, protecting etc. We also able to supply you finished products after the fully machining operations and all gears with gear cutting.
