    Lasers A laser penetrates contact sheets, tubes and profiles. At the point where the focused beam impinges upon the workpiece, the metal begins to melt away. The combination of our 4000-watt laser system from Trumpf with the Fladder-deburring providing its customers a number of special advantages:

    • The cutting edges are straight, free of burrs and clean. The components can be processed immediately.
    Bending Bent parts can be found in technical applications in ever-increasing numbers. They enable materials, weight and cost savings. However, precisely bent sheet metal parts require extensive knowledge of materials, precise work preparation and true machine powerhouses. We work with a Trumpf press brake with 6-axis stop, automatic angle measurement system and 230 tons of pressure. In our work, preparing the optimum bend sequence is determined to create its processing using 3-D software. In addition to the geometry of the bending portion, the empirically determined characteristics of the material are considered. This can be programmed and produced within a very short time even complicated bent parts. Welding Stainless materials are now available in great variety.
