    The Nowack Company was founded in 1932. In its early years, the firm specialised in the manufacture, processing and printing of natural corks. With the increasing use of plastic in the beverage sector in the 1950s, the company put its first injection moulding machines into operation. As markets continued to grow and become more demanding, the firm made parallel endeavours to widen its range of plastic articles and expand into other sectors. The move to the Lohne Industrial Park in 1972 proved to be decisive, as it offered the company the space that it required to continue to develop and grow. Various expansions in the production area throughout the 1980s and 90s allowed the company to move into further sectors, such as toolmaking, serigraphy and dabber printing. The year 2003 was marked by the construction of the new administration building and the addition of a further 1000 square metres of production floorspace. Design and construction of the tooling as well as mechanical machining are done quasi in house, using modern CAD/CAM equipment and up-to-date machinery. The Know-how of our personnel guarantees a solid, rapid, and professional handling of your welcomed orders. Depending on customer preference, we can initially create aluminum prototypes. We have 7 friction press machines with a press capacity of up to 16,000 kN available. Work pieces with up to 7 kg blank weight can be manufactured. A final treatment of the forged parts is optional. Chemical etching with sodium hydroxide or blasting with corundum, glass, aluminum or stainless steel balls gives the parts a special surface finish, which serves as the base for further surface refinement. We serve the automotive industry (2-wheel and 4-wheel) as well as manufacturers of valves, electrical fittings, awnings, solar technique, alpine sports industry and many others.
