    We founded MPjetting in spring 2021 with the idea of offering and manufacturing 3D sand molds for the open market. We are particularly proud to be the first company in Austria to have our own 3D sand printer. We have found a suitable production site in the halls of a former leather factory. We started production here on November 1st, 2021. The advantages of 3D printing include the fast throughput time from data entry to the delivery of the components, the unlimited variety of geometries and the cost savings due to the classic model facilities that are not required. If you already have a need for printed sand molds and/or cores, we would be happy to hear from you. We would also be happy to send you samples so that you can get an idea of our quality. You can not only obtain sand molds and/or sand cores from us. With our partners for design, casting and machining, we can deliver prototypes, individual parts and series parts made of aluminum within a very short time. In addition, components made of other materials such as gunmetal, cast iron, etc. are also possible.     COMPANY PROFILE Fisep (www.fisep.com) was founded in 1967 and is a reference point in the production of technical aluminum high-pressure casting (HPDC) and hot-forged brass components, in Italy and abroad, which are mainly used in the automotive industry, industrial pumps, electric motors, earthmoving equipment, gas and hydraulic valves. In 2018, the company was purchased by New Olef (www.newolef.com), a historic foundry in Brescia, which specializes in the production of technical aluminum alloy components through low pressure casting (LPDC) and gravity casting. The acquisition by New Olef, part of Capigroup, enabled Fisep to add continuity to its growth and implement an important investment plan in terms of human resources and new technologies to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving market. Fisep provides comprehensive customer support, starting with feasibility studies, MAGMA simulations, co-design, planning and project management activities. In addition, Fisep can offer its customers turnkey solutions, which, in addition to hot forging, also include the production of molds with highly qualified partners, precision machining and assembly activities. The HPDC plant has 16 automated work islands with clamping forces ranging from 170 t to 1450 t, which can produce castings up to 25 kg. Equipped with lubricants, operated by anthropomorphic robots to handle and separate the castings. The foundry consists of 4 melting furnaces, which make it possible to process various aluminum alloys at the same time. The finishing department has 3 different types of sandblasting machines. The brass hot forging plant has 6 working islands with clamping forces of 150 t to 320 t, which can form components up to 2 kg. Equipped with graphitization machines and autonomously controlled billet heating furnaces. The CNC machining department consists of 4 CNC transfers and a 4-axis machining center with a rotary table. Fisep is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949.

    D & D Production and Sourcing is a Dutch company with offices in the Netherlands (Bergeijk) and China (Shanghai). The firm was started in 2006 by the two directors/founders, Jan van der Donk and Hans van Dam. Since 2010 they have their own production (assembly) company WOFE in China (Shanghai). D & D Safe Sourcing is ISO 9001 certified and classified as Bosch preferred supplier. D & D Safe Sourcing uses two concepts: "Production for China" and "Production for Europe". 1) Production for China This concept is an interesting alternative for exporting products to China. We take the production of metal (including magnets) -, plastic products and electronics off at selected contractors. This includes also conduct the necessary tools for pressure die-casting, forging, stamping and so on. Parallel to the production in China, we will send your "strategic parts" to our office in China (Shanghai). After receiving all the products is the entrance control, assembly, final inspection, packaging and shipping space and from our factory. The final products are then sent on demand to your local plant in China.
