    Hans Breuckmann founded our company in July 1966. In his one-man operation, he manufactured permanent mould casting parts from brass and silicon tombac in self-built furnaces. He gathered extensive practical experience while working as operations manager in a leading medium-sized enterprise. We are now in our second generation under the leadership of Volker Breuckmann and work with 80 employees to achieve joint success. The traditional permanent mould casting process has been supplemented by pressure die casting technology for heavy metals. Our range is completed by in-house mould construction and toolmaking, CNC machining technology and HSC milling technology. We are able to cover a complete work cycle with all required production steps, from designing a cast to mechanical processing.     C. Melchers & Co. was established on January 1, 1806 in Bremen, where the global company still maintains its headquarters to this very day. In the first few decades of the company’s history, over 30 ships sailed the oceans of the world under the Melchers flag, linking the ports of Europe, America and the Pacific. In the 1860s, C. Melchers & Co set up operations in Asia, where all its trading interests swiftly moved. At the same time, with the onset of steam ships, it abandoned its own shipping business to devote itself entirely to extending its trading operations. 1866 saw the establishment of the first branch in Hong Kong, in the wake of which China began to develop into a key lynchpin for the company’s business.     Ironicon Kft
    Small and big serial production are currently the main focus of work, however Ironicon’s employees also possess several decades of work experience in custom production. Furthermore, the production of tools is also part of our profile. The vast majority of our products are made of aluminum, different types of plastic as well as rustproof and tool steel. Our plans for the future: Aiming for an increase in capacity, developing and enlarging the machine park is an important medium-term goal for Ironicon. As every firm relies on its employees, building up a good, functioning team is among the main long-term objectives. As part of the continuous expansion as well as in order to create a more livable work environment, steps are currently being taken to move in into a bigger, newer and more modern production hall. Ironicon Kft. was founded in 2015. Based on the founder’s national and international experience, the aim was to establish a modern, dynamically growing operation, with European standard and approaches. Only half a year later, a second CNC milling-machine was put into operation as a reaction to the drastic increase in orders. Thanks to repeated orders by regular customers as well the increasing of the customer base, Ironicon experienced constant growth from this point onwards, and was able to extend and modernize its machine park. When acquiring new machines, extraordinary attention is given to high quality in the measurement instruments and devices, for quality within adequate time can only be attained with quality infrastructure. By the third quarter of 2018, the work was already been done by four 3-axis machining centers as well as one 6-axis CNC longitude turner. All our machines can be controlled by Cam System, allowing a faster and more effective working process and eliminating the vast majority of production faults already before production. In December 2018 our firm came to another turning point when we bought two additional machining centers, which brought the total number of 3-axis machines to five. We also acquired our first 5-axis milling machine, which is also capable of manufacturing tolls as well as milling graphite. Punctuality and reliability are key to our success. Getting to know the customers’ needs and delivering the work with high precision and on-time are absolute priorities for our young, dynamic firm.

    The company SINNTEC powder injection molding GmbH presents series components to customer specification in metal powder injection molding (Metal Injection Moulding) ago. The method combines the design freedom of plastic injection molding with the strength of metal. The economic and structural advantages arise in complicated component geometry, which in other manufacturing processes (CNC milling, precision casting ...) are difficult or impossible to achieve. As an innovative company, we want to offer our clients alternatives in MIM technology also in the "lesser" years numbers. Because here are the tooling costs for economic production of more importance, we work with a tool change operation system. Is this possibility given component conditionally, only the cost of mold inserts occur.
