(Limited Liability Company). - Located in Valjevo, company's private property consists of 1500 m² of production and administrative facilities.It includes a mechanical metal cutting workshop and a thermoplastics processing workshop. - Our basic activity is the production of moulds for the injection of plastic mass under pressure. We produce moulds according to the sample, our own documents or the buyer's documents. - We have produced over 400 moulds so far. Maximum dimensions of the mould which we can produce are 1000X800x800 mm.     BC ITALIANA is a company with over 50 years of experience in both product engineering and plastic injection moulding of complex components. Currently the moulding department (4,800 square meters out of a total of 6,100 available) consists of 30 machines with 50 to 1,000 tons clamping force: this great difference of tonnage allows the moulding of micro components up to large or medium-sized parts. Furthermore, some plastic parts are produced by nitrogen moulding technique. This process can avoid functional, structural and aesthetic problems that sometimes arise with traditional moulding methods.
