In producing moulds with a guaranteed number of shots, especially for the automobile industry and consumer electronics, our dictum is precision and quality. This holds true for injection moulds, diecasting, duroplastic, two-component, rotating, transfer and insert/outsert moulds, just as much as it does for two-colour moulds, combinations of hard and soft plastics, automatic wire leads, in-mould decoration, and precision gear wheels. Rapid tooling with the aid of our EOS metal sintering machine M250 Extended makes it possible to produce mould inserts for injection moulds and prototype tools within a very short time. Eighty moulding machines in Vienna and Hungary, with a clamping force of between 25 and 1,100 tons, offer all the possibilities of manufacturing moulded, thermosetting and duroplast, gas-injection moulded, two-component moulded, insert and outsert moulded, as well as in-mould decoration parts. Our machines are equipped with automatic robot systems, and automatic packaging lines complement the production line. Vienna: 3-shift operation / technical products and precision parts with a mould clamping force of up to 500 tons, Hungary: 4-shift operation / technical products and design parts with a mould clamping force of up to 1,100 tons.     C. Melchers & Co. was established on January 1, 1806 in Bremen, where the global company still maintains its headquarters to this very day. In the first few decades of the company’s history, over 30 ships sailed the oceans of the world under the Melchers flag, linking the ports of Europe, America and the Pacific. In the 1860s, C.     A brief introduction We employ metal machinists, a shortage occupation in metal industry nowadays, who produce small series of special parts on traditional machines. In this sector CNC machines are so widely used that there is a shortage of traditional machines and excess demand exists for them. With this in mind, we will purchase several traditional machines during our current developments to increase our capacity in this field. We, of course, have CNC machines as well and develop our machine pool regularly. Based on the orders received, we are able to draw up a production program for 1 month in advance and allocate our resources. Our customers basically include producers which manufacture special purpose machines for their customers (e.g. manufacturers in printing industry, shipyards, industrial scale manufacturers, food producers, automotive industry, manufacturers of medical equipment), and we produce components needed for these machines. BAT tobacco factory is included among our customers, and we manufacture wear/consumable parts required for their daily production. We produce components and subassemblies for medical equipment manufactured by Siemens and GE factories. Besides, we supply units for robotic production lines of AUDI and VW factories. The company had its first premises at the residence of the founders in Pécs. Production took place in a small workshop. At the beginning temporary workers were working in addition to a single permanent worker. The first orders we received involved simple processing of materials. In addition to manufacturing new products, we undertook and still undertake to carry out repair works. We undertook all works therefore outgrew the small workshop we used at the beginning, and in 2007 at Pécs-Hird we acquired our first production hall suitable for carrying out industrial activities with a floor space of approximately 250 m2. Here we were able to carry out production on a larger scale and serve more customers. Owing to our continuous progress and current developments, now the floor area of the production hall exceeds 1000 m2. Concerning work organization, our activities include manufacture and assembly of special-purpose products, machines and machine units. Therefore our machines and equipment are universal and able to satisfy all demands.

We manufacture units on modern 5 axis CNC machining centres with the material of your choice, for example steel (e.g. St52, 1.4305, 16MnCr5 or C45), titan (e.g. Ti6Al4V), aluminium (e.g. AlMgSi, AlMg3, AlMgCuPb or AlZnMgCu1,5) and plastics (e.g. POM, PA, PA6.6 GF30 or PTFE). Magnesium manufacturing Furthermore, we offer our customers, to take over complete manufacturing processes like machining magnesium parts from solid metal (e.g. AZ31B) including the proximate surface treatment.     PMP Meccanica is a company headquartered in Lippo di Calderara in the province of Bologna, which was founded in 1961 starting to stamp sheet metal. With years the experience increases and to reduce the time of delivery and external machining PMP Meccanica starts to gear up internally for the production of molds refining the quality. Gradually this part of tooling evolves allowing also the production for other customers expanding its scope to pieces for multiple sectors such as aeronautical, medical, packaging, and sintering powders. Today, thanks to a cutting-edge machinery and capable staff, PMP Mechanics is a leader in the field of precision mechanics and in the normal and semi-fine blanking. Currently PMP Meccanica employs 50 people of which 30 are engaged in the tooling branch and 20 in the blanking. The mantra and backbone of PMP Mechanics has been always the thought of the founder Marziano Pancaldi ie "We can build all that we can measure." It is therefore evident the necessity to have a constant quality control during the whole production process to ensure the quality of the product and the tolerances required by the Customer.
