These technologies form the basis of our equipment technology, but are also offered by us as individual services. We are constantly expanding and renewing our portfolio with new combinations of technologies and materials, e.g. in the art of back-moulding metals such as aluminium and stainless steel with different plastics, in order to be able to offer our customers high-quality and cost-optimised manufacturing processes.

    At SIMON Sinterlutions, we have a machine park with a wide range of powder and calibration presses. In this way, we can reliably and accurately implement the most diverse requirements for your component. Our numerous mechanical, hydraulic and servo-electric multi-layer presses allow press forces up to 1600 kN. This makes us your specialist for small to medium-sized components. Our sintering process is carried out in modern sintering equipment qualified according to CQI-9 requirements, such as conveyor belt furnace. We also have oil impregnation equipment and machines for surface treatments such as vibratory grinding or scouring. Special equipment for mechanical processing and for the production of complete assemblies rounds off our machine park. In addition to our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we offer further finishing steps via qualified suppliers, such as machining, coating or additional heat treatment.
